I'd like to verify my itinerary, as I was confused by one of the examples:

Milan - Hong Kong (I'll stay 4 days) - Beijing (I'll stay 3 days) - Tokyo (5 days) - Milan

Is this eligible?

That's fine, assuming Italian passport (or one of the other 53 listed countries).
