Germany - Shanghai - Philippines

Hi,
we are travelling from Germany to Shanghai and well within the 144 hours after arriving in Shanghai we will go to Philippines. I guess this trip is ok to manage within the 144 hour rule. But how about our trip back from Philippines --> Shanghai --> Germany? The return trip is well within the 144 hours, but will we be granted the 144 hours transit visa coming from Philippines? We are EU residents origin from Sweden but we will start and stop our Asia journey from Germany. Thanks for spending your time answering my question. / UL
