Vith, assuming that you will fly to Korea via Beijing from Cambodia, means that both of your travel legs are eligible for 24 hour visa free transit and that you don't need any kind of visa.
To be allowed to exit the airport, you will approach 24 hour visa free transit counter upon landing in Beijing where you will apply for a temporary entry permit. Here you should be aware that this permit depends entirely on immigration authorities discretion on the day of your arrival and you may or may not be granted one. You have to be prepared for both outcomes. Anyway, I would suggest you and I have in mind your second layover of 23 hours, to book some simple accommodation in Beijing and to have a confirmation of that fact. This will allow you to empower your application and along with the fact that your layover is very long, your chances to be granted a permit are really very good.
