10 year chinese visa

Question

I will be travelling to China, Beijing, Shanhai, etc for business for approx. 10 days in late November.  Can I apply for my visa in Montreal or do I have to go in person to Ottawa?

If you live in Quebec or New Brunswick, you can apply in Montreal. If you live in Ottawa Region (613 or 343 area code), Gatineau (QC), Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland or Labrador, Nunavut, you can apply in Ottawa.
