About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Visa Requirement for Pakistani for Overnight flight Layer

Hi,

I have a Pakistani Passport. I'm traveling from Sydney to Lahore on 18/19th Dec on Southern China Airways and I have overnight Layover of 10 hours.

Can you please tell me whether I require Visa to step outside of the Airport as I believe we can go to sleeping pod inside the airport as the airport gets closed overnight?

Humza, before we can offer you a reliable and correct answer we need your complete itinerary. The reason is simple... China Southern really flies to Lahore, but from Urumqi and Pakistani citizens are not allowed to use this airport for visa free transit purposes or in other words, if you use Urumqi airport, you will need a transit (G) visa obtained in advance. So, your complete itinerary is a must.
