About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Shanghai-hong kong-philippines-shanghai-italy

im a student here in china (Shanghai) under a student visa and I can't leave the country cause otherwise I would lose my visa. the thing I want to do before going back home to Italy is: to go from Shanghai to Hong Kong (and losing my visa), Hong Kong to the Philippines, Philippines to Shanghai and entering with the 144 h visa free just to get my luggages and then going back to my country (Italy) is it possible to do?

It's possible, but to ensure you don't have a problem leaving the airport you should stop in Shanghai for no less than 24 hours. Also your Philippines to Shanghai and Shanghai to Europe flights should not stop elsewhere in Mainland China.
