About:Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport

I arrive at 06:00 to Shenzhen

Is the office for visa free transit open? Because I seen in the website it starts at 10:00A.M. Will I have to wait then? and is there a fee? if so how much does it cost?

It is free of charge and you only need to fill an Arrival/Departure Card at the border inspection counter, and get the temporary entry permit stamp or sticker.
