About:China Tourist Visa

Visiting Family in China

My wife’s parents are Chinese citizens living in Chongqing, China. My wife and I are US citizens. We plan to stay in my in-laws house. Do we need an invitation or will their address be ok in lue of hotel reservations?

If you don't want to provide hotel reservations, you need to provide an invitation letter from them, which states the address where you will stay.
