Airport Night Bus Service bus

Hello,
I will arrive in Shanghai Pudong Airport at 12:35 am, and after that I need to go to Hongqiao Rail station to get a early train in the next morning. So, about the Airport Night Bus Service I have two doubts: a. arriving at this time is it possible to catch this night bus before it´s last departure? b. in the final destination of this bus, close to Hongqiao Airport, is it easy to find a taxi point to go to Hongqiao Rail station?
