About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I will fly to Guangzhou and want to stay 90 hours and then will travel to Bangladesh need visa?

I Mexican and I will fly to Guangzhou, and stay for 90 hours , do I need visa or can apply for 144 free visa?
