Do i qualify for 72/144 exemption permit.

Australian citizen flying from Melbourne to singapore then departing singapore on cruise ship to Tianjin china...(ports of call phu my, chan may in Vietnam hongkong china,nakagusuku japan and disembarking Tianjin china staying over night in Beijing and then flying back to melbourne with 1.5 hour layover in singapore.
