About:Chinese Embassy in Canada

native american (american pasport / dual citizenship us-canada) applying for 10 year visa in canada

Can a Native American Indian who was born in the USA, with a Canadian issued Native status card and now living in Canada (who can hold either USA/CA citizenship, currently holding a US passport) apply for 10 year multiple entry L visitor visa in Canada, Ottawa office.

If you apply from Canada, I'm afraid you have to use your Canadian passport and FYI, Canadians are also eligible for China 10-year visa.
