What do I do if they misspelled your name on your visa

I recently got my new student visa. I didn’t look at it when I was at the immigration office. And a few months later I noticed my name wasn’t spelled correctly. So what do I do because I’m a bit worried since everything is strict in China. And what will happen if I take it back to the immigration office to be corrected after months of staying with it? Also I heard that if you want a new visa after recently getting one you’ll have to wait a few months to get a new visa

Please contact the Chinese embassy immediately and follow the instructions given to you. You don't need to apply for a new visa, just see if the embassy can issue u another one.
