About:Simatai Great Wall

Hi, i am planing to visit simatai on this 27 October (Sunday).

Are the tourist bus need to book first? or if there any other option (buses/subway) can be take if tourist bus are full?

I am afraid that you cannot book the tourist buses in advance.
Besides the tourists bus, you can also take bus no.980 Express from Dongzhimen to Miyun Xidaqiao. Then take bus no.Miyun 51 to Guibei Water Town. After arriving, just walk to the Great Wall directly.
