Shekou ferry port to HKIA skypier

The ferry from Shekou ferry port to HKIA Skypier - is the ferry also operating as per regular schedule on 31 Dec 19?
After arrival at HKIA SKYPER - can I still do shopping within the immigration area before boarding my flight ?

Yes, based on the previous situations, it will have regular schedules on Dec.31st. Upon landing, you can do shopping within the immigration area.
