Visa on arrival for Indonesia to Shenzhen

Could I apply for VOA in Shenzhen or Zhuhai ? I am an indonesian passport holder. Couple years ago i went to Guangzhou and applied visa in Jakarta. But since I recently have just had my new passport, I am wondering if by showing my old passport will enable me to apply VOA to shenzhen or Zhuhai. A few months before travelling to Guangzhou in 2017, I ever went to Shenzhen from Hong kong and granted VOA at Lowu checkpoint. I have just learnt that recently the policy has changed for Indonesian passport holder. Thank you.

As you have obtained Chinese visas before, it's very likely that you can get the visa on arrival. Just take both passports to play on the safe side.
