Hi...
I am Polish citizen. Traveling from London to Phuket. Did I need visa for a transit flight \???
LONDON - SHENZHEN - PHUKET. Transfer duration less then 24h.

No, you don't need any kind of visa because your itinerary will be definitely covered by 24 hours visa free transit. Even if your layover was longer than 24 hours, you would be eligible for 144 hour visa free transit for Guangdong province. You should print out your flight tickets and have them with you. Also, you will declare at check-in in London that you will travel to Phuket via Shenzhen using 24 hour visa free transit and after a short inspection of your tickets, you will be allowed to board the plane.

Please, have in mind not to mention a Shenzhen visa at all because this could be a problem and could cause a lot of misunderstandings. You will fly on 24 hour visa free transit and that's it.
