Actually, the entire infrastructure for 144 hour visa free transit will start to function on October 27th when the first international flight will arrive/depart to/from Daxing airport. You will be able to see this fact officially presented in Timatic. For the time being, the airport is used by China United Airlines only and on domestic flights only.

BA will be the first international airline using PXK but there's still no official statement about 144h twov.We shouldn't give here confirmations as long nothing is official confirmed ( for sure it wouldn't make any sense when PXK wouldn't be eligible for twov).
