About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Do I need to fill out a new form every time I apply to a chines visa?

Because u cant change the traveling date once u submitted do I need to fill out a new form every time I apply to a chines visa? And also can one travel to any china city except Hong Kong with the visa issued?

Yes, everytime when you apply for a China visa, you should fill out a new form. With a China visa, you can travel to almost all mainland China cities, except Tibet where you need a Tibet Travel Permit. Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan cannot be visited either.
