About:Marco Polo Memorial Museum

L visa 30 days

I am going to travel from australia to south east asia and then i want to apply in south east asia for a chinese visa to work my way up to the transmongolian train in beijing.

Will it be able for me, a french citizen, to get a visa for china in a country from south east asia? Do we have to book all the hotels and transportation in advance?

Jason, you had better apply for it in your home country or residence country. If you apply for China visa in a third country, it's not assured that you can do the application sucessfully. When applying for a China tourist visa, if you can't get an invitation letter, you will need to provide round-trip tickets and at least two thirds of the hotel bookings.
