About:Chinese Clay Figurine Museum

My daughter is studying in Nepal. She wants to visit her brother who is studying in Chengdu.

Can she fly in and out of Chengdu and spend the weekend with her brother?

Is she a US citizen? If yes, she can fly from Nepal to Chengdu and then onward to another country to be eligible for the 144h visa-free transit in Chengdu. However, she is supposed to not have layovers in other cities of mainland China.
