About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

From Cebu Philippines fly to Beijing for two days business meetings then fly BJ to USA

Does this itinerary permit me to use 144 hour visa? I am US citizen domiciled in Maryland USA.
Do I need an additional business visa for this visit?
