Yes, you are allowed to do that, but I will try to explain it in a clear way:
First of all you will have to decide which one of your passports you will use. You can use only one because China is an APIS country, so it could be a problem if you switch your passports. Both of your passports are eligible and absolutely the same in their rights for any single purpose within China.
Everything you have mentioned is doable, but you have to be aware that to be allowed to travel to Guangzhou, you will have to take a direct flight from Hong Kong to Guangzhou in order to be eligible for 144 hour visa free transit in the entire Guangdong province.
To simplify... I suggest you not to cross the border twice, but to take a plane from Hong Kong to Guangzhou where you will be granted 6 days and within those 6 days you are perfectly allowed to travel to both Guangzhou and Shenzhen. There is no need for Shenzhen VOA.
If you have some duties or jobs to accomplish in Hong Kong, you can do it upon your arrival from Moscow. After you are done with it, just take a plane to Guangzhou and enjoy 6 days covered by 144 hour visa free transit. During those 6 days, you will be able to move throughout Guangdong province, Shenzhen included, and in the end you will take a plane from Guangzhou to Moscow.
I think that like this your entire itinerary will be simplified and it will also reduce your overall expenses.
