Obtaining an express F-visa for China in 1 day

I got a 10 day scholarship to China from early to mid November 2019. After obtaining the home office invitation letter just last week, I try to book the online appointment for the visa application and discover all days are full until 30th October, that's exactly four days to my flight. I wish to know if I could get the express visa on that same 30th October of my appointment, or at most, 31st October.
