About:Visa on Arrival

I will soon have a Hong Kong Permanent ID - Can i get into Shenzhen without a visa then?

Hi there,
I am a UK passport holder and have been living in Hong Kong for almost 7 years as a dependent with a HKID card. I can finally apply to become a PERMANENT resident in January. Will I then be able to travel to Shenzhen without having to apply for a visa each time?
Many thanks

No, unfortunately, not. You will have to apply for a Shenzhen VOA or much better option is to obtain a multiple entry, long term visa for mainland China through the Office of the Commissioner.
