About:

Regarding metro operation time Xi'an

Hi, my flight arrival time in Xian international airport is 23.20 at T3. It will take about one hour for getting luggage. My Hotel is at Xi Yi Road. Can I go there by metro at that time ?

You can't take subway at that time. But you can take shuttle bus line of Xishaomen to Xishaomen Airport Business Hotel stop, then take taxi to your hotel.
