About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

I fly to Shanghai and take the train to being.

I fly to Shanghai, than take the train to Being. From Being I fly to Hong Kong and than to Amsterdam
Is that possible? will I have problems in the train if I have a 144 hours visa free enterance?

You need a visa in advance. 144 hours visa-free transit allows transit in Shanghai or Beijing, but definitely not both.
