About:Visa on Arrival

VOA for traveler at Lowu station

If I'm got train from Hong Kong to shenzhen at Lowu station can i get VOA over there? (I'm Thai)

The recent practice by Chinese immigration indicates that Thai citizens are not eligible for visa on arrival. There are several reports of Thai citizens being rejected for both Shenzhen and Zhuhai VOAs. I would suggest you to obtain a Chinese visa in advance.
