Bus service in Sanqingshan mountains

In Sanqingshan Mountains, is there a bus service from the south entrance(the Shuangxi Cable Car entrance) to the east entrance (the Jinsha Cable Car entrance) ? If there is, then how long does the bus take to do the distance ? Thank you very much to whom ever would take the trouble to help me out.

The distance is around 20km. As I know, there is no public bus or shuttle bus between these two gates.
