Yes, buses are available from Shangrao Railway Station to Sanqingshan, taking 2h and departing at 7:25, 8:25, 9:25, 10:55, 12:25, 13:25, 14:25, 15:55 (the timetable may change).
And buses from Sanqingshan to Wuyuan are also available departing from Jinsha Cable Car Station during 08:00 - 17:30 with an interval of about 1.5h and it takes 1.5h. I'm not sure about the number of seats but there is space for big luggage for the two routes.

There are buses to both Waishuangxi and Jinsha from Shangrao Railway Station or Shangrao East Bus Station just beside the railway station.
The driving distance is 22km.

THANKS Rita for the info given.

I doubt whether having bus runs from Wangxiangu to (Jinsha) Sanqingshan. If yes, how often does bus run? How long does it take? Also is there any space to keep big luggage?
