About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

144 Visa Free Transit - I'm brazilian and a have a return flight from Brazil to Seoul

I'm brazilian and a have a return flight from Brazil to Seoul 13th until 31th December. If I buy a flight from Seoul to Hong Kong and after a flight from HK to Beijing and Beijing back to Seoul can I apply 144 visa free transit?

Yes, you can. In this case, your itinerary that is of interest to Chinese immigration will be:

Hong Kong - Beijing - Seoul

This itinerary is definitely eligible for 144 hour visa free transit in Beijing area. You should just take care that your flights within this itinerary don't have any additional landing within mainland China.
