Answered by Bill from China | Oct. 06, 2019 03:1800ReplyNo, they will not. Only certain branches will be open on a rotating basis during the holiday. Banking operations that are centralized, such as wire transfers (both incoming and outgoing), will not be processed until October 8.00Reply
