how can i go from hongkong int.airport to hilton shenzhen futian .do i need a visa? thanks

First, you can take S56 from Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, Cheong Tat Road to Tung Chung Station, then transfer to MTR from Tung Chung - B exit (Tung Chung Line) to Nam Cheong (West Rail Line), and to Austin - B2 exit (West Rail Line). Like the above article mentioned, you can take high speed train from Hong Kong West Kowloon Railway Station to Futian station. Then you can take bus M190 to Gangshabei metro station, and walk around 50m to your hotel. Yes, you can apply for a tourist visa.
