How to get to Coco Park from Shenzhen Bao'an Int Airport?

Hello, I want to take MRT from Shenzhen Bao'an Int Airport to Coco Park for sight seeing and shopping for a day and back. How can I get back and forth from these two places? How long does it take and where exactly do I find the stops at the airport and at Coco Park and which line? Kindly advise. Thank you.
