Ukrainian tourist visa in China

hello,
as far as I understood for Ukrainian citizen in order to apply for tourist visa in China I would need to have purchased flying tickets both ways as well as accomodation in order to ONLY apply for visa , right?
Also, could you suggest the price for visa application?
