bank certificate

my first time to apply for a tourist visa and my boyfriend will sponsor my trip and expenses stay in china.....my boyfriend send me invitation letter with his bank statement and bank certificate....do i still need to provide my own bank statement

In this way, you may not need to provide your own bank statement.
