I would like to fly from Jakarta on the 6th of December to Beijing and come back to Jakarta on 10th

I have a French passport.. am I eligible for the 144h visa free stay?

Indonesia > Beijing > Indonesia is not a transit. You need to travel through a third country before returning through the country you entered Beijing from to be eligible.

Ok thank you for your reply. So if I go to Bangkok for two days first, then head to Beijing for five days and then back to Indonesia... Does it work ?
