Itinerary in China Date & Detailed Address

For 2.6, "may type on separate paper". I am going to Beijing for 7 days, meaning that I fill up the other 2 days in separate paper?

You don't have to fill up the 2 days on a separate paper. It mainly depends on how many cities you will visit. For example, if you visit three cities, the five lines are enough. For each city, only a line is needed. You just write the start date to the end date in a city, and then add the address where you will stay.
