1. These two scenic areas are close to each other. You can follow the signs and walk to Simatai Great Wall directly. 2. Yes, you can purchase the combo tickets online in advance. However, as I know, the booking page only has Chinese version. Thus you can ask help for Chinese friends or hotel staff.
