About:Visa on Arrival

I’ll go to Hong Kong on October 18th and I want to visit Shenzhen for two days.

I’m a US citizen. Do you know if we still allow to go to Shenzhen?

Shenzen 5Day VOA:
Usually, the fee for a Shenzhen VOA is the same as a regular visa. It is CNY168 for most, but not all countries. For example, UK passport holders need to pay CNY 304.

Yes, US citizens are definitely eligible to apply and obtain a 5 day Shenzhen VOA. The only negative detail for US citizens is the price of 956 CNY. You are advised to bring that amount in Chinese cash that you can obtain at Hong Kong money changers and a passport size photo.
