Philippine passport holder with green card want to tour Shanghai 3 days before heading back to

Chicago after trip to the Philippines. What is Visa requirement and do I get Visa from Chicago or Manila?

You need to get tourist visa in advance by submitting the following documents: your passport valid for at least six months, a completed application form attached with your recent photo, your green card copy, and roundtrip tickets and hotel bookings. You can either apply form Chicago or Manila.
