About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Can I get 144-hours visa when flying from and to Taipei?

I will stay in taiwan but would like to visit the wall in beijing, would it be possible to get the 144 visa? i go with brazilian passport and taiwan visa

Taipei-Beijing-Taipei requires a visa. You must be in transit to a third country to travel without visa.
