Transfer from One International Flight to another at Beijing Capital Airport

I'm arriving from Sydney Australia Via Qantas. I have a 4 hour stopover than flying with S7 Airlines to Vladivostok. Will I have to go thru immigration to check in with my S7 flight to Vladivostok?
