Malaysian applying visa in Poland travelling to China from Malaysia

Hi!
Im currently in Poland under student visa expiring 30 Sep 2019. Plan to travel to China with family on 2 Oct 2019. Flight departing from Malaysia.
Q: Can I apply visa from Poland?

Yes, you can apply for a Chinese tourist (L) visa in Poland. Office Hours: 09:00-11:00, Monday, Wednesday & Thursday (except holidays). You should check this working hours ahead of your planned application because recent changes are possible.
