Visa application in Madrid

I have applied for a visa by internet to Madrid a week ago but have not received an appointment so far. Do you know if I have to contact them for an appointment, or whether it is automatic. Thank

Actually you don't need to make an appointment. If you want to, you can make it on the website of the CVASC in Madrid.

Many thanks. My application was to present at collect at the Embassy, not by post, so I have made a seperate request as you suggest as I have not heard anything in a week and time is pressing. Thanks again
