I heard that there is a G train from futian to Kowloon. Is that true?

what about the border crossing? What's the best way to go from the airport to futian at 22:00?

Yes, this G train refers to high speed train. You can take shuttle bus line 1 to Touzi Building station, and walk east around 500m to Futian station. It takes around 1.5 hours with CNY20.
