Beijing Capital Airport International to international on separate booking

My travel from CPH to PEK with SAS - stopover in PEK 4 hours - then onwards from PEK to SYD with Singapore Airlines.
Will I have enough time to clear immigration, collect my luggage, clear customs, recheck my baggage with Singapore and go through security to board my second flight?? And I’m missing any steps?? And do I need a visa (Danish citizen) if I need to collect my luggage? Thank you!
