You should mail the visa application documents to the Chinese Visa Application Service Centre in Melbourne. Mailing Address: P.O. Box 7227, ST Kilda Rd., Melbourne, VIC 3004. For postal service, the returned registered envelop and a completed credit card Payment Authorization Form should be included in your application package posted to the visa center.
