About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

Hi there,
My flight from London Heathrow on October 26th has been moved from PEK to PKX (Beijing Daxing Airport). It will be the first flight from British Airways to land in this new airport. Am I still entitled to the 144 hour visa? If so, is there a way to get written confirmation before I fly?
