About:China Transit Visa

two separate airline ticket

Hi. I am an Iranian passport holder. I want to book two separate flights, one from Tehran(Iran) to Beijing and other one from Beijing to Singapore. time gap between arriving flight and departing flight in Beijing is less than 24 hours.if I have confirmed Singapore visa and confirmed flight tickets, I have these questions.
1.can I board the first flight without China visa?(my real destination is Singapore)
2.do I need a transfer visa since I have two separate tickets(not a single connection flight with one ticket number).
3.will I be eligible for free Beijing sightseeing tour?

If you have comfirmed Singapore visa and flight tickets and you layover time in Beijing is above 8 hours and less than 24 hours, then you don't need a transit visa to Beijing and you could board the first filght with a visa. Further more, you could leave the airport to have a short free tour in Beijng.
